Last day i had medical check-up. They tested me for urine-sugar,physical fitness, weight,blood pressure, blood etc.
Doctor said to me i am healthy. My dieticians said to me do you drink ? No, sir. Never. Then she was puzzled. I told her that i could not wake up in the morning. Why ? She was very very worried. Told to me that i should do following exercise.
* Wash your feets before sleeping.
* Drink plenty of water, but in small dosases.Body will be able to soak the water.
* When awake, just sit up and don't be in the bad. Move your left part of body, there is heart, so blood circulation is high.
* Pillow should be small, i had a high and tight pillow.
* Before sleeping, put your leg in the air. Upside down, so blood reaches the brain.
This last two things helped me immencely in reducing fatigue.........
